Since 2009, the Schneider Electric Youth Education & Entrepreneurship Program has been committed to equipping youth with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to thrive in the energy sector and contribute to tackling climate challenges with aim to training 1 million young people in energy management by 2025.

Through hands-on vocational training, education in new energy technologies, and support for launching sustainable businesses, the program provides a comprehensive pathway for young people to build careers in the energy transition. Participants gain access to practical training in energy management and sustainability, future-ready skills to navigate a changing job market, and entrepreneurial support to turn ideas into impact-driven businesses.

Access to Energy is a social and inclusive business that aims to improve lives by providing clean energy access through green products and unique solutions. We utilize an advanced digital platform (EcoStruxure Energy Access) to monitor impact performance. With our comprehensive product and solutions portfolio, we consistently deliver reliable, affordable, and clean solutions. These initiatives are part of our 2021–2025 sustainability strategy (SSI), demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact. We aim to provide access to green electricity to 50 million people by 2025 and 100 million people by 2030.
